H2S ALIVEThis one day course is intended for anyone working with the potential of being exposed to H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide). The purpose of this course is to improve awareness of H2S hazards, to protect themselves and to execute basic rescues. During this course the individual will learn the properties of H2S, identify necessary response strategies, don and operate breathing apparatus, operate manual and electronic detection devices, perform basic rescue techniques, and mouth to mouth resuscitation. A P.I.T.S. authorized certificate, valid for three years, will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
